Book Launch Excitement…

Hello bookworms,

The past few days have gone by quickly and I feel exhausted, even though I haven't done much. Tomorrow is my birthday, and I have a busy schedule ahead. Two of my friends are coming from England to spend a few days with me, and I can't wait to celebrate my 26th birthday with them.

I'm particularly excited for Wednesday, the 14th because I'll be attending the book launch of Sunbringer by Hannah Kaner at Waterstones in Glasgow. I love attending book launches and signings to meet the authors, ask them questions and learn about their creative process. But before I attend this event, I need to find my copy of Godkiller, which is in a box somewhere (I am moving, so my life is in boxes at the moment), so that I can bring it with me and hopefully get it signed!

I am currently reading House of Flame and Shadow by Sarah J. Mass and hope to finish it today or tomorrow to begin re-reading Godkiller before I start Sunbringer. If you are like me and love all things Sarah J. Mass, what are your thoughts on House of Flame and Shadow? I personally am loving it so far, but I'm curious to know if, like me, you were expecting something completely different.

The rest of my day includes tidying up the house, taking pictures for my Instagram, running some errands before my birthday tomorrow, and reading and diving into a magical fantasy world of magic and adventure.
